Conference sponsorship assists with SAPLA and NAPLA’s shared mission of increasing lines of communication between pre-law advisor members, law schools, and other law-related organizations to enhance advising knowledge for the benefit of students and the legal profession.

Platinum and Gold Sponsors may register up to 2 representatives to attend the SNAPLA Conference. 

Silver Sponsors may register 1 representative to attend the SNAPLA Conference.

All Sponsors may table during the June 17 Law School & Exhibitor Fair and attend conference sessions. 

Sponsors will be acknowledged for their sponsorship: verbally at the events they sponsored, in the conference program, on conference signage, and in conference social media posts.

They will help you secure your selected exclusive sponsorship event, provide instructions on how to register, and provide a code for Platinum and Gold Sponsors to register a second representative.

APPROXIMATE DRAFT BUDGET: $1,660

This budget below is a draft budget to help PLAs plan and seek budget approval from their home institutions.

*Conference registration includes transport from the conference hotel to and from William and Mary on June 16, and to and from Richmond Law on June 17 and 18. Attendees must arrange their own transportation from the airport to the conference hotel (Uber/Taxi is approximately $60, including tip, each way).  

**Conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on June 16, 17, and 18. Attendees are responsible for their own dinner each night.
